Pall Corporation of Cortland, NY is seeking a creative and results-oriented Senior Scientist to join our Pall Industrial R&D team. This is a fantastic career opportunity to take an active role in discovering and developing next-generation technology.
You will join a hardworking, dedicated team of scientists and engineers focused on innovations in polymer chemistry and surface modification through collaboration and continuous improvement. Our industry-leading position is built on innovative technologies and solutions that protect critical operating assets, improve product quality, safeguard health, and minimize emissions and waste.
The Sr. Polymer Chemist will work closely with the Additive Manufacturing R&D media development teams for the development of new products and additive manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for making polymeric materials and material interaction decisions that enable the NPD team to quickly and efficiently tailor project plans to meet project objectives.
Lead qualification work for materials/processes for new products and applications
1-2 years industrial experience in polymer processing
Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment, to set own priorities, and to deal well with ambiguity
