Homecare Homebase is searching for a Product Support Quality Analyst to assist our Product Support department in delivering clear and concise information related to product defects and feature gaps.
At Homecare Homebase, we help home health and hospice organizations across the nation overcome the business and technological challenges that stand in the way of patient care and efficiency. As a Product Support Quality Analyst, you will play an essential role in the growth and development of Product Support personnel by analyzing inbound and outbound communications and work items against established quality standards. You will also be involved in molding our overall Customer Satisfaction by identifying issues, reporting issues, and recommending changes or enhancements to processes or training materials to help guide behaviors, ensure technical accuracy, improve Product Support performance, and evaluate process deficiencies.
