Pall Corporation is looking for a Project Engineer for Additive Manufacturing. This role will lead the development team from requirements through verification and validation to deliver differentiating technology in a compliant, high quality, and timely manner. Drive new product development project management, facilitation of workshops, and coordination of project work and deliverables. Develop collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders across the broader Pall Industrial organization.
Project Engineer is responsible for team meetings, daily management, schedules, communication dashboards, and maintaining project outcomes. Well-versed in fuzzy front-end and a Lean Product Development approach to product/concept development. Ability to multi-task. Communicating project status and technical strategy to a broad audience within the Company and externally, including senior management.
Understanding of markets, technologies, and product applications across the Pall Industrial businesses through both internal and external networks. Embrace continuous improvement and root cause and corrective action tools (e.g. A3, Lessons Learned) as needed to achieve departmental and Program excellence.
