Job Description
Supervisor Imaging
SUPERVISOR IMAGING: Under the direction of the department manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI and Ultrasound to facilitate high quality of services and to provide support to patients, physicians, families and other departments. This is accomplished by having appropriate staffing levels to cover the service, equipment that is in good operating condition, and the necessary supplies to perform the procedure or exam. This position provides direct supervision of staff, provides timely feedback and evaluates staff on their performance. This position is also responsible for implementing policies and procedures and monitoring adherence to all state, federal and accrediting agenciesí regulatory requirements. This position reports to the manager and works closely with the manager to achieve high quality outcomes, adherence to operating budgets, and safe patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Associate's Degree Successfully passed the Hemodynamic test and the 4 day Arrhythmia course American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Registered with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR); Passed certification for CVIT Boards; CNMT acceptable in lieu of ARRT certification Unrestricted license from ODH

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years Professional in Imaging

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: This position is also responsible for implementing policies and procedures and monitoring adherence to all state, federal and accrediting agenciesí regulatory requirements. This position reports to the manager and works closely with the manager to achieve high quality outcomes, adherence to operating budgets, and safe patient care. This position will oversee 7 Group Health Imaging locations.
