TriHealth Heart Institute seeks to hire a Ventricular Assist Device Service Coordinator to join our amazing vascular team. The Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) coordinator is responsible for the coordination of inpatient and outpatient care for patients with a ventricular assist device. These patients are candidates for advanced heart failure therapy using VAD support with the intent of either bridge to transplant or destination therapy. Possess knowledge and expertise in the practice of mechanical circulatory support (MCS). Directs the VAD program operation, develops strategy, and oversees financial management for optimal outcomes.

Charge Nurse, Director of Nursing (DON), Emergency Department RN (Emergency Department Registered Nurse), Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN), Registered Nurse (RN), Staff Nurse, Staff RN (Staff Registered Nurse), CVOR, Vascular Nurse, Heart Transplant, ICU, PICC Nurse, VAD, Cardiothoracic, Heart Failure Nurse, Ciculatory Support, Cardiovascular
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
•Registered Nurse in the State of OH
•3-4 years of critical care RN experience required. Experience working ICU or heart failure patients preferred.
•2-3 years with VADs experience preferred
•Understanding in the care of adult cardiology and cardiothoracic critical care patients.
