What will you do?
The Internal Talent Sourcing Specialist will be part of the Internal Movement Team (IMT).Our work focuses on processing Internal Only Openings, Contingent Worker Conversions, and Internal Sourcing within the Thermo Fisher Scientific Organization.This Recruiter should expect work to include screening resumes, interviewing applicants, running competitive recruits, and talent matching well-qualified employees to career movement opportunities.This position will be responsible for high volume recruitment and held accountable to meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.).
