Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe.

We are seeking a Business Support Consultant 3 to act join the Macro FX Sales COO team supporting the Commercial & Corporate Sales business.  As the business continues to execute against the strategic plan, the individual in this role will assist with plan evaluation, delivery of key projects, development of business strategy and requirements, completion of monthly/quarterly reporting and creation of tools to improve business process. The role will be hands on, partnering with multiple groups to identify and drive opportunities to expand the FX business, with a focus on Corporate and Commercial Sales. 

Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.



Required Qualifications

  • 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience



Desired Qualifications

  • FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Capital markets experience
  • Foreign exchange experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to produce high level summary analysis reports in a meaningful and understandable format
