Application Development Internship - Cell Analysis

* As an Application Development Intern, you will apply your coursework to a variety of focused projects. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure, and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.
* This Intern will support the Applications Development group, a team of scientists responsible for developing and conducting cell and molecular research applications using Agilent Cell Analysis instrumentation and generating scientific marketing collateral. In this role, you will assist in identifying and characterizing relevant primary literature and related content, conduct routine cell culture workflows and assay setup, and generate scientific reports.

*There is a public bus that stops near the Winooski office.

* Completion of junior year in the Life Sciences field
* Self-motivated with great detail-oriented, and superb organization and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
* The ability to follow instruction and work well in a collaborative environment
* Coursework, training, or hands on experience using Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Experience conducting literature reviews and processing large number of scientific articles
* Basic cell culture and microscopy experience is highly preferred.
