Solves problems of limited scope and complexity. Coordinates Ethical Committee (EC) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) notifications, assisting in the distribution of trial related information to relevant person/bodies, coordinate EC/IRB approvals, and identify and resolve problems at study sites. Creates, maintains and oversees study files and archiving. Manages testing laboratories including selection, evaluation and qualification of laboratories for research studies. Ensures monitoring of studies, data collection and handling and responsible for study files, guiding projects while conforming to requirements, and acting as a point of contact both internally and externally for study related issues. Prepares, revises and maintains procedures for the conduct of studies. Assist with site contracting and vendor/CRO management. * Works on clinical assignments with broadly defined objectives * Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization * Assist with site contracting and vendor/CRO management * Advanced degree preferred Bachelor’s degree with equivalent job experiences. * A minimum of 3 years Clinical Trial Management experience for diagnostic, medical device, or pharmaceutical products. * A solid understanding of project management and familiarity with project management tools. * Experience in CRO/vendor management and contracting. * Understand requirements of various controlling bodies and framework. * Knowledge of pathology and/or oncology is preferred. * Experience in working in parallel project teams. * High work capacity understanding at certain times many be required at times in high priority projects. * The ability to organize and motivate others. * Enthusiasm and leadership when faced with challenges. * Advanced skills in English both written and verbal.
