Marketing Intern (Remote)

As an Intern, you will apply your marketing function specific skills you are learning in university. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilent's industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist the marketing team by analyzing data, reporting, and developing marketing campaigns
* Data Entry into the SAP/CRM system.
* Computer application skills needed with design apps being a plus
* Improve CRM processes for contact quality and profiling
* Assist in organizing internal and external events
* Assist in developing marketing communications materials such as brochures, flyers, landing pages, social media, and print advertisements.
* Be responsible for keeping several tools updated such as: The Field Sales Portal, Campaign ID and pricing reference tools, Email Calendar, and Tradeshow Literature Fulfillment Orders.
* Task oriented

This is your opportunity to join the Agilent Technologies DGG Americas Field Operation (AFO) team, where you will be working directly with the regional Genomics and/or Pathology Marketing Program Manager and the supporting Marcom and Logistics team to help execute the DGG AFO/Worldwide marketing strategy. During your internship, you will interact with peers and team members on a regular basis within the Americas/Worldwide DGG team all while working from the comfort of your home-based office!

The salary range for this position may differ based on your actual work location. For CO, the salary range is $21.71 - 35.33.

*MUST have completed at least sophomore year of college*

*This is a remote long-term internship. Intern must work 20-30 hours per week during school year.

* Enrolled in an accredited 4-year university.
* Exhibit a clean digital presence while representing themselves on LinkedIn
* Experience with either Sprout, Hubspot, Hootsuite or one of the other 3rd party content management systems specific for SoMe.
* Basic Analytic understanding, either in Google, Facebook or LinkedIn

Experience that is a major plus:

* Writing copy experience either for yourself, a club, a friend or project – something that shows you understand how to post with engagement in mind
