HR Regulatory Planning and Exam Management Consultant
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Human Resources Regulatory Planning and Exam Management team. This highly influential and visible senior individual contributor opportunity will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across HR to lead strategy and planning activities throughout the examination lifecycle to drive quality responses and successful execution of all exam related activities.

In this role, you will:
Consult with accountable Executives, Deliverable and Issue Owners and key stakeholders across HR and the enterprise to enable HR to achieve strong results across internal and external examinations
Lead strategy and planning activities throughout the examination lifecycle to ensure quality responses and successful execution of all exam related activities
Identify and share meaningful insights through holistic analysis of HR's examination performance and resulting findings to strengthen HR's examination preparation and response capabilities
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and enterprise initiatives, and develop and implement critical information delivery to key stakeholders and senior management
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of controls, governance and regulatory guidelines, and understanding of business objectives, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale, impactful and cross organizational
Compile teams and lead meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
Provide direction to a cross functional teams and levels of leaders using business knowledge, industry and regulatory expertise
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience successfully managing high priority risk related deliverables and associated corrective actions through the full issue management life cycle
Experience interacting with internal and/or external examiners and auditors
Experience in a risk, audit, controls, or governance related role
Experience managing HR or related services and/or processes
Experience designing and/or managing governance or quality assurance processes
Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance and / or risk management
Experience leading large, complex initiatives and/or programs with multiple key stakeholders
Ability to influence, drive decision making and execute to meet tight timelines
Job Expectations:
Willingness to work on-site at one of the locations below. Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid capacity (3 or more days in the office and up to 2 days remotely per week)
