T he following is the official NFL rookie free agent signing tracker for players from historically black colleges and universities. Check back for daily updates made to the list throughout the free agency signing period.


Atlanta Falcons


RB Philip Sylvester Florida A&M FAMUs fourth all-time leading rusher has been invited to the Atlanta Falcons camp as a free agent after enduring the delay of the lockout. Sylvester, finished his career with 2,998 yards rushing, crrying the Rattlers on his back, with six consecutive 100-yard games to spark a six-game winning streak to end the 2010 season.


Detroit Lions


LB Dejuan Fulghum Texas Southern - In 2010, the 6-1, 220 pound Killeen, Texas native ranked 12th in the FCS for sacks (11.0-66), 16th in FCS for TFL (18.5-79) and tied 78th in FCS for total tackles (101/ 61 solo). For his efforts, Fulghum was named SWAC Defensive Player of the Year, SBN Player of the Year, the Pigskin Club SWAC Defensive Player of the Year, 100% Wrong Club Player of the Year, and the SWAC Championship Defensive MVP. His honors also include SBN first team All-American and All-SWAC first team.

Philadelphia Eagles


DE Brandon Peguese Hampton - Transferred from South Florida to Hampton following his freshman season and went on to register 179 tackles and 18 sacks in three seasons with the Pirates. He was a second-team All-MEAC performer in 2009 after leading the conference with 7.5 sacks. As a senior in 2010, he posted career highs with 85 tackles and eight sacks. A native of Greensboro, NC, Peguese attended Grimsley High School, where he was an all-state defensive end.


Pittsburgh Steelers


OL Joshua Harrison, South Carolina State: Harrison finished his career at South Carolina State as one of the MEACs most decorated offensive linemen. A starter at right tackle for every game during his junior and senior seasons, Harrison was selected as a first-team All-MEAC lineman in 2009, and in 2010 he was voted the MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Year by the conferences coaches. During a pro day workout, Harrison ran a 5.28 and did 17 repetitions of 225 pounds. While waiting for the NFL lockout to end, Harrison went back to school where he was an industrial engineer technology major.

RB Walter Sanders, St. Augustines College - The 5-foot-9 back has been tutored by Ravens running back Ray Rice. Hes similarly small in stature but strong and explosive. The local Mervo High School product led the CIAA with 1,377 yards and 15 touchdowns, earning him league offensive player of the year honors.

WR Raymond Webber University of Arkansas Pine Bluff - Webber finished his collegiate career in impressive fashion, joining the great Jerry Rice as the only players in SWAC history to catch at least 100 passes in a single season. Not surprisingly, the 6-3, 220-pound pass-catcher was a consensus FCS All-America choice in 2010 and he was named the FCS Receiver of the Year by the Bilo College Football Report.


St. Louis Rams


DL Teryl White North Carolina Central University - A 6-5, 295-pound native of Macon, Ga., White finished his NCCU career with 158 tackles, including 30.5 tackles for a loss and 7.5 sacks, during 34 games from 2007-10.
