Delaware State University president Tony Allen and surgeon and adviser to Testing for America, Dr. Joan Coker, join 3rd hour of TODAY’s Craig Melvin to talk about the university’s plan to create a safe on campus environment for students returning to the school in the fall.
They share why they believe their testing plan is superior to standard testing happening across the country and how they will combine tests with contact tracing and quarantining.
