Healthcare Career Fair Aims to Connect Employers with Qualified Local Talent in Northern Virginia

Healthcare Career Fair Aims to Connect Employers with Qualified Local Talent in Northern Virginia
Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on May 15, 2026

Healthcare organizations across Northern Virginia will have an opportunity to connect directly with qualified job seekers this June during the upcoming Healthcare Career Fair in Prince William County.

Scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the event will take place at the Prince William County Ferlazzo Building in Woodbridge, Virginia, bringing together healthcare employers and motivated candidates looking to build meaningful careers in the industry.

The Healthcare Career Fair is designed to help employers strengthen their workforce pipelines while increasing visibility among local talent seeking opportunities in healthcare and related fields. Participating organizations will have the chance to promote open positions, conduct on-site interviews, and engage directly with job seekers from the surrounding region.

As healthcare employers continue facing staffing shortages and growing workforce demands, events like this provide a valuable opportunity to build relationships with candidates who are ready to contribute immediately.

Organizers say the event is focused on more than simply filling open roles — it is about investing in the future of healthcare by connecting organizations with individuals who are passionate about making an impact in their communities.

Why Employers Should Participate

Participating employers can expect several key benefits, including:
  • Access to a diverse pool of healthcare job seekers
  • Increased visibility for their organization and career opportunities
  • Opportunities to conduct on-site interviews
  • The ability to strengthen long-term talent pipelines

The event is being hosted in partnership with workforce development organizations committed to supporting career growth and economic opportunity throughout the region.
