Tell us about the businesses you own and what inspired you to be an entrepreneur?
Being an Independent Associate/Director in Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc is one of the best decisions my family has ever made. We are partners in a NYSE Company, over 35 years old, Nationwide & Canada. We were inspired by the Products and Services this Company offered especially for African Americans to be able to have unlimited access to Legal Council 24/7 with just a membership. To be able to make up for you Financial Mismanagement over the years and be able to immediately invest in the Stock Market. We are able to build teams Nationwide and in Canada and form life long relationships as well. The earning potential is Unlimited. You have Residual Income which is will-able to your family even after you are deceased. My only regret is that it took me so long to be introduced to this Company. To be a part of a Company that is endorsed by the Black Chamber of Commerce and the Attorney Generals of each state. A Company which allows me to help Minorities protect their property and families by offering a "Will" and Identity Theft Protection. I can go on because, it is a part of me now. I've done other businesses and when my Mother was ill , I could not work because I had to be at the Hospital to care for her therefore, "NO work,NO pay". In Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. "NO work, you still get paid" because you have a team working with you. You have overrides and residual and etc. You have help and it all about "TEAM". Esther

What advice do you have to offer to other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Focus on the positive. Surround yourself with people of like mindedness. Self Development is a must. Read, Read, Read. Readers are leaders. Stick and Stay. "Stick and Stones may break your bones but, "NO" can never hurt you." from Go For No by Richard Fenton & Andrea Waltz If you fail, get back in the race until you succeed. R.H. Macy failed seven times to get his department store chain off the ground before he finally succeeded.
