Our Work Environment

Casey Family Programs employees enjoy a variety of work settings. Our field offices, many directly serving children and families, are located in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming. We have additional staff in Alaska, and the District of Columbia. Overall, Casey employs more than 400 regular full-time staff.

Corporate Headquarters
Casey Family Programs’ is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. This location houses approximately half of the organization’s staff, has a view of Lake Union, and is located close to downtown Seattle.

Employees at the headquarter office, from finance to public affairs, assist Casey Family Programs in achieving its mission to provide and improve—and ultimately to prevent—the need for foster care. The atmosphere is casual, friendly and encourages teamwork.

Field Office Locations:
Casey Family Programs’ field office locations are typically located in an urban setting, in small office buildings, close to the children we serve. These offices often have less than 20 staff members with ample space for meetings with children, families, and alumni of foster care. The field offices are casual, open, and inviting.
