Our belief is that we must provide, to those people who have the ability and desire to expand their knowledge, the means to do so. This is not an altruistic concept but rather a matter of survival. To prepare for the future, we are looking ahead ten years to define the types of people we will need and the skills that will be required. This vision of our future requirements is a critical enabler to having people, with the appropriate skills, in place when and where they are needed. By defining our objectives, we position ourselves to provide a 'development roadmap' to the people in the organization who want more responsibility.
