We are in need of an onsite IT Desktop Support Technician with at least two years of experience. The Desktop Support Tech provides desktop and server administration support to the Houston, Cy-fair, Conroe, Texas City, Richmond, Liberty, Beaumont, Colorado and Florida offices. Position details:
Type of Position: Full Time/Temp to hire
FLSA Status: Non- Exempt
Salary: $20-$25 per hour ($41,600 - $52,000) depending of experience
Hours: 8am -5pm with one hour lunch
**This position will require driving once the temp period is completed. We will need:
Valid Driver's License
Proof of insurance on personal vehicle that they may be driving for work
MVR Background check, employees must have a CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
When the candidate begins driving, they will be added to the random drug testing pool due to driving company vehicle or own vehicle for work purposes.
The ideal candidate should possess the qualities below:
At least 1-3 years of Desktop Support experience required
Comptia A+
Network +
AV monitoring & remediation, through familiarity with MS Windows, OS and office productivity suite
Ability to Troubleshoot the following
Hardware
Software
OS issues on company desktops/laptops
Printer issues
VPN issues
