Master’s degree in education, Career & Technical Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Valid administrative certification (e.g., Principal, Supervisor of Curriculum & Instruction, or CTE Director certification) desired, additional certifications in CTE program areas or industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
Five or more years’ experience leading and innovating a CTE program demonstrating a commitment to student success and workforce readiness.
Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with industry, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations.
Experience overseeing work-based learning programs, internships, and/or authentic work experiences.
Proficient with accreditation standards, credentialing pathways, and articulated credit agreements.
Strong data literacy and strategic planning and implementation skills.
Budget & resource management skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead, build relationships, collaborate, and inspire.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Candidates must be eager to actively engage with students beyond the scope of responsibilities.
