What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health
Performance Monitoring is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through customer support training and quality review
Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality and conducting new hire training and continued education.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to the Training and Quality CE team leads
Direct training to new hires and assist in maintaining internal resources to support ongoing training
Review quality of customer interactions
Communicate training opportunities when present
Collaborate with internal team(s) to identify opportunities and obtain necessary documentation to support training and quality review
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Strong communication skills

Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects
Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
