The Executive Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this position provides high-level administrative support to the President and Chief of Staff while overseeing the team of Executive Assistants. The Executive Office Manager is responsible for managing workflows, maintaining operational excellence, and fostering collaboration across the executive team.

Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and Chief of Staff, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Executive Office Operations
Develop and maintain processes to ensure the Executive Office operates efficiently and effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the Executive Office.
Oversee logistics for executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor the team of Executive Assistants, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and standards of excellence.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the executive support team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Strategic Coordination
Partner with the Chief of Staff to implement strategic initiatives and special projects.
Ensure timely communication and coordination between the President’s office and other departments.
Provide support to the Board of Directors.
