Production Supervisor - Ashburn, GA Golden Peanut This is an Exempt level position

Position Summary The Shift Supervisor works on a rotating shift schedule and will supervise the daily activities of safety, quality, and production procedures, as well as, lead colleagues in all aspects of production during his/her respective shift.
Job Requirements: To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
Role requires 2-5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude a plus
Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and procedures
Ability to understand, develop and manage production schedules and target dates
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to climb and work in high areas
Must demonstrate high-level of problem solving and team working skills
High level of Organizational and Inter-personal skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all related operations of manufacturing facility
Understand, maintain, evaluate and improve Process Controls
Maintain and improve product quality control and assurance standards
Motivate, train, develop and lead production personnel on rotating shifts
Coordinate production schedules with team members
Communication of essential information to all parties concerned
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks/assignments
