Core Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the documentation structure for all facility and asset-related records (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, certificates, procedures, etc.).
Ensure compliance with LEGO documentation standards and ISO 9001/55001 principles to maintain quality and consistency.
Build and maintain master data for all technical assets within Planon and related systems to support asset management and operations.
Govern document versioning, naming conventions, and access rights across digital systems to ensure proper control and accessibility.
Act as the primary link between engineering, maintenance, EHS, and IT for data integration and system alignment to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Coordinate receipt and validation of asset information from contractors, suppliers, and commissioning teams to ensure data accuracy and readiness.
Support rollout, configuration, and continuous improvement of digital tools (Planon, DALUX, BIM 360, etc.) to drive digitalization and innovation.
Lead periodic data quality audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency to uphold data integrity.

As the Asset Data & Documentation Manager Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging construction, engineering, and operations through meticulous data integrity and documentation governance. By ensuring all facility and asset information is accurate, structured, and accessible, you'll enable efficient maintenance planning, informed decision-making, and compliance with LEGO's global standards and external regulations.
Working in this role means transforming data into a powerful tool that drives sustainability, innovation, and excellence at LEGO.
Do you have what it takes?
Experience in technical documentation, asset data, or information management roles.
Experience with Planon, DALUX, BIM 360, or similar documentation and computerized maintenance management systems.
Understanding of ISO 9001/55001, LEAN principles, and facility operations processes.
Shown experience collaborating with engineering, projects, and maintenance functions, coupled with a strong analytical and thorough perspective
High digital literacy, and exceptional organizational skills to efficiently coordinate and connect with multiple partners
Advanced education in engineering, information management, or a related technical field, complemented by equivalent experience, is highly desired
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP and familiarity with BIM standards (ISO 19650) and digital twin data structures.
Background in manufacturing or large-scale facility environments with sophisticated infrastructure.
Expertise in change management and cross-functional project coordination.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, driving continuous improvement and standardization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, adapting to diverse cultural and organizational contexts
Additional:
Initially, this position will be onsite five days per week, transitioning to a hybrid model (Best of Both) 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.
No relocation assistance will be available.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $104,327.00 - $156,491.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
