Overview
Order entry and general customer service inquiries, requests, quotations and shipping/freight forwarding arrangements
Customer Service problem resolution (returns, complaints, inquiries and follow-up)
Contact for requests/inquiries from Vicam R&D, Production and Sales departments
Supervision/training of order entry personnel
Record keeping including scanning all order documentation to SAP
Main contact for Major International Vicam account(pricing negotiations and quotations)
