Plant Operator – Abilene, KS This is an hourly level position.
Position Summary:
Following & participating in all GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety rules
Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; to understand and follow all company safety procedures
Operate processing equipment while monitoring system
Periodic performance of preventative maintenance as required
Monitor product quality during processing
Cleaning/sanitation of work area and other areas assigned
Good communication and writing skills are required
Other responsibilities that may be added/assigned as the business needs change
Job Requirements:
Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and overtime/holidays as needed
Lift 50 pounds
Work from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bend
Work in variety of hot and cold, wet conditions
