What is Advancing Black Leaders? ABL is our newest diversity strategy that focuses on attracting, hiring and retaining black talent. As part of our commitment to diversity, our ABL Summit seeks to provide top sophomores, juniors or seniors, who self-identify as Black the chance to gain in-depth knowledge and deep dive in our Corporate & Investment Bank and cultivate relationships through mentoring and networking opportunities.
What to expect: You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and deep dive in our Corporate & Investment Bank, receive career readiness prep and case study sessions to increase your awareness and confidence in technical capability and networking opportunities with some of our high performing black employees and top black executives.
Who are we looking for? We are seeking top sophomores, juniors or seniors, who self-identify as Black who have:- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and communication skills
- Attend college/university in the U.S
- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Graduation date between December 2019 – Spring 2021
Application Deadline: September 16, 2018
If selected to participate in the Summit and interviews, you will be required to travel to New York on October 17 – 19, 2018.
