We have an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in exploring a career in technology!
The Pathfinder Program is a workforce development program co-created by Salesforce and Deloitte with the vision that all individuals, regardless of background, demographics, or socioeconomic status, have access to the skills and support necessary to pursue careers in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Pathfinder is a free, 20-week, part-time training program and is completely virtual with a mix of self-paced and live/hands-on training. Along the way, you’ll have a mentor and will build a community of fellow Pathfinders and alumni to help you on your journey. |

This program can open the door to jobs like data analyst, software developer, tech consultant, business analyst, project manager, etc.! If you answer “Yes!” to the below questions, then you should consider applying for Pathfinder.
- Are eligible to work in the US?
- Do you love tech and want to jumpstart a tech career?
- Do you enjoy problem solving using a mix of tech, collaboration and outside-of-the-box thinking?
- Are you a Salesforce newbie? (no previous Salesforce work experience or certifications)
- Can you dedicate 8-10 hours per week to learn new technical and business skills from Deloitte and Salesforce (FOR FREE, including Salesforce certifications!)?
- Will you be looking for employment at the end of the 20-week program?
