An Inside Hiring Track. Here’s How You Can WIN with Amazon. Anyone who reads our HBCU Connect content knows, our #1 focus is the empowerment and uplift of OUR communities of color. We are constantly looking for ways to bring positive assets and opportunities to all of you. So, when Amazon announced they were bringing back their “Represent the Future Summit,” we knew we wanted to again partner in getting the word out and connecting our audience to this great opportunity. The Summit will take place online, throughout August 24th and 25th. It is MORE than a career fair; this is a one-of-a-kind chance to learn how to navigate the Amazon interview and application process. Amazon has curated the experience so that the panels and conversations will be delivered through the lens of what matters to the Black community. Participants will include Amazon leaders and employees who understand first-hand, the unique roads we travel as Black people. This event is part of a broader company-wide commitment to empower and uplift historically underrepresented communities of Amazon - in hiring, in understanding and in representation at one of the world’s largest employers. Recruiters and hiring managers from across the company will share insights about current job opportunities, and the application and interview process through a series of virtual panels, fireside chats and two-way dialogue-driven sessions.
