About YOU Career.edYOU Academy is an educational virtual program designed for college sophomores (class of 2024) from historically underrepresented backgrounds currently studying in the United States, namely students who self-identify as: • Asian & Pacific Islander • Black • Hispanic-Latinx • Indigenous American • LGBTQ+ • Military Veterans • Students with Disabilities • Women What we offer YOU You will receive a syllabus of sessions that will need to be completed in sequential order over the course of the semester. In these virtual 1-hour sessions you will be introduced to JPMorgan Chase & Co. and recruiting preparation. You will receive a certificate of completion and priority candidacy for Summer 2023 internships at the end of this semester-long program.
