The Pathfinder Program is a workforce development program co-created by Salesforce and Deloitte with the vision that all individuals — regardless of background, demographics, and socioeconomic status — have the skills and support necessary to pursue careers in the tech space. Pathfinder is a free, immersive training program for future Trailblazers taking place over 22 weeks from June–November. With 200+ hours of live and asynchronous learning, Pathfinder empowers anyone to learn in-demand skills, earn Salesforce credentials, make connections with the Trailblazer Community, and pursue Salesforce ecosystem jobs as admins, developers, analysts, consultants, and more.
