Through this program, PwC is supporting a more equitable future for Black and Latinx college students by providing free access to high-demand digital and career readiness training and upskilling, mentorship, and additional pathways to help start their careers.

- Career Readiness curriculum to help you understand who you are, where you want to go, and how you want to approach your career search process
- Digital Skills curriculum to help you embrace new mindsets and ways of working, harness the power of data through automation and visualization, and understand what responsible and ethical use of technology means in business
- Mentoring program where you can sign up to be part of a small pod of peers and PwC professionals focused on building community and supporting your journey as you plan and enter your career (mentoring matches occur at the beginning of each month!)
