The Future of Work Academy (FOWA) student experience at the second annual HBCU Technology Conference presented by HP and sponsored by Intel and Microsoft took place virtually September 13-16, 2022.
This year’s FOWA experience featured a “career accelerator” filled with tips to help prepare students for internship and job interviews and building a professional social profile and the opportunity to apply for internships; an interactive symposium with technical learning and career readiness sessions; and the opportunity to participate in a bot-a-thon, esports, health IT, or marketing-focused “innovation incubator” student competitions.
