Hello Sophomores!

My name is Nate Kuhn and I'm a recruiter with JPMorgan Chase. I am excited to announce that applications for the 2024 Advancing Black Pathways (ABP) and Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Programs are now open!

The ABP/AHL Fellowship Programs offer a five-week paid; full-time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan Chase offices from June 24 - July 26, 2024. The ABP and AHL Fellowship Programs are designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The ABP and AHL Fellowship Programs are seeking sophomore students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic, and Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorgan Chase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our business for the future. All sophomore students who are interested in the Fellowship Program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.

During the Program, participants will have the ability to experience a deep dive into one of JPMC's Lines of Business or firmwide functions.

   Ready to apply?

The ABP/AHL Fellowship Programs applications are now open through February 12, 2024. Through the links and buttons below, please find our open applications by line of business program. You may apply to up to (3) three programs total and interview for (2) two. Please note that applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible!
