What You Will Do:
You have significant experience in leading the creation, delivery and maintenance of high-quality test automation within effective CI and CD environments
You have experience in leadership, coordination and motivation of a talented team of QA engineers in the pursuit of continuous improvement
You have experience with testing of complex e-commerce platforms or trading systems driven by dynamic data set
You have experience with advanced frameworks and are an advocate of test-driven development (TDD) and behavioural driven development (BDD)
You are aware of non-functional / quality attributes of software and can effectively test these at scale (e.g. performance, security, resilience etc.)
Have worked in regulated environments where speed and agility need to be balanced with quality and compliance
You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders at a range of levels at a range of levels to ensure the timely delivery of valuable information in the most efficient way. From structured reports to ad-hoc comms
What You Will Need:
You will own the quality vision and strategy and ensure the teams will be working together towards its effective delivery
You will act as a quality champion and empower teams to create highly available, high performing, secure systems
You will be leveraging a combination of automated and manual testing (with a heavy focus on automation) to efficiently cover our product’s functionality without compromising quality
You are comfortable working in a constantly changing work environment and are fully dedicated to automate as much as possible with a focus on where the value is
Contribute heavily to the QA community of practice and inspire the team to improve continuously
