Instructional Designer - Compliance Training
Our location in Abbott Park, IL, currently has an opportunity for an Compliance Training Manager. The preferred candidate will work with subject matter experts to design and develop learning materials and ensure alignment to business objectives. This position will NOT be facilitating training.

• Manage the development and deployment of the global compliance e-learning curriculum.
• Develop learning assets.
• Evaluate and recommend existing learning materials.
• Manage full project lifecycle of learning solutions. Manage client and vendor relationships.
• Implementation of courses in a global corporate training environment.
• Perform analysis, design, development, and evaluation of e-learning courses.
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience training needs.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
• Write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
• Manage learning project and maintain project documentation and organization.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Training and Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years Training and Development, developing and deploying web-based media-supported training, and executing complex projects.
• Experience with prominent learning management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.

• Use variety of authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.). Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge a plus.
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Solutions Suite (SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Expert proficiency a plus.
