Job Description
Director, Clinical Operations - Hospice of Cincinnati (HOC)
TriHealth is actively recruiting for a Director, Clinical Operations for Hospice of Cincinnati (HOC) in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In this role, you are responsible and accountable for coordinating, facilitating, and monitoring patient care and support that is provided to hospice patients and their families in all locations where HOC provides services. You will promote development of innovative, interdisciplinary programs designed to create the best possible personalized and meaningful advanced illness and end of life experiences for those who need care in our community.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Patient care outcomes
Service excellence
Human Resource
Fiscal management
Quality improvement

As the Director, Clinical Operations, you will work in collaboration with HOC Senior Leadership (and others) on strategic operational issues to maximize success of the entire HOC organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be qualified for this position, you must meet these minimum requirements:

Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN)
Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio

5-7 years of management experience in Nursing
4-5 years of management experience specific to Hospice and/or Home Health

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of hospice and palliative care
Continuous improvement methodology in a healthcare environment, healthcare economics, and healthcare policy
