Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Sales & Account Management:
∑ Responsible for a wide range of activities focused within our Sales & Account Management teams
∑ Responsible for selling new business and renewing existing customers.
∑ Active role in identifying and developing Net Promoter Score focus to improve our perceived value to our customers, this includes reviewing survey feedback and developing strategies to change detractor feedback to promoter environments
Attend new business and renewal benefit meetings external meetings.
Create PowerPoint presentations and present if needed.
Actively engage and lead on special projects as identified throughout internship.
∑ Currently pursuing a bachelorís degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
∑ Currently participating in the INROADS program
∑ Proven communication skills
∑ Proven leadership experience
∑ Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∑ Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
∑ Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
∑ Currently pursuing a bachelorís degree in a business field
