We are looking for a highly effective individual who has proven leadership abilities for a role as production supervision for our liquid chromatographic particle and bonding manufacturing team at the Newport manufacturing facility. This role will be responsible to effectively plan and organize resources to meet the production schedule, setting appropriate goals and measurements to ensure timely execution. Working in conjunction with planning this will include assuring adequate staffing and materials resourcing. The supervisor should work collaboratively with the quality and engineering teams to ensure procedures are accurate, followed and suitable process controls are in effect. The supervisor will work with site leadership and engineering to implement and or drive improvements that will increase capacity and productivity. The candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of the particle manufacturing processes and will likely be have hands-on experience in laboratory-scale production. * Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent experience. * Experience in Liquid Chromatography media is preferred. Other key skills and attributes include: * Strong communication skills with ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-functional team * Understanding of a Quality management system and experience working to ISO 9001 or more regulated systems * Management or Supervisory experience * Experienced motivator, coach, and performance manager.
