Internship Program At Five9 we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our interns. We tailor our program to provide participants with real, impactful work, contributing directly to the continued success of Five9. Through our Speaker Series and Events, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best in the business. The internship is a full time, paid internship. The program runs 12 weeks with the opportunity to start in late May or early June. As an intern at Five9, you can expect to: Learn. I have learned so much about how to interact professionally with various individuals from both within Five9 and from outside the company and have grown so much in my professional communications skill set.” 2020 Integrated Marketing Intern Our Team The Professional Services Operations team is here to support Professional Services (PS) Management team and the best of class PS field teams. The PS Operations team works to improve processes, drive results, and solve problems for the PS Team. The Professional Services Operations Systems Intern will be an active member of the PS Operations team to drive financial results and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Master Salesforce reporting and dashboards through in-depth hands-on training. Learn Five9 Professional Services business, key performance metrics, and data structure. Create actionable reporting and dashboards to drive financial results in Salesforce. Develop Professional Services Automation (PSA) system enhancements process. Qualifications Rising senior or above, pursuing an undergrad degree in Finance, Economics, Management Information Systems, Operations, and/or other related fields of study. Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal. Excel skills, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
