The Customer Marketing intern will be an active member of the Comms team and support our efforts to build brand recognition. Throughout the 12 week program, they will have the opportunity to work with multiple areas within marketing. The customer marketing department focuses on our showcasing our customers successes and deepening our relationships with them. The Customer Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to work on, messaging, suggestions for customer appreciation gifts, managing projects, and content creation.
Support Customer Marketing team to help further brand recognition for Five9 and the personal brand of the advocate and their organizations
Support Sales with the creation of PowerPoint slides for customer logos and content for social cards
Customer Welcome Kits brainstorm ideas
This role will allow this individual to understand the importance of customer advocacy to an organization and to the sales cycle
The importance of building brand recognition for an organization and their personal brand
Gain experience and explore a career path in customer marketing
Network with professionals because they will have communications and work with various sales and marketing teams
Rising senior or above, pursuing an undergrad degree in Journalism or relevant marketing studies
Professional attitude and enthusiasm; attention to detail, ability to successfully work with various teams internally and externally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Creative, with a positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Beginning of a college degree in a relevant field- journalism or relevant marketing studies
