Job Description
A Fortune 100 leader in the financial industry is seeking an Account Representative to join their team. If you are looking to join a fun company that offers a lot of growth, this is the position for you!

Job Summary:
You will be receiving inbound calls and assisting customers with questions and inquiries. Starting off, you will assist with password resets, contribution confirmations, and account balances questions. Once you get familiar with those processes, you will begin to help with more in-depth questions that involve transactions and taking out loans.
Qualifications & Requirements
Requirements:
· This is a position requires excellent phone skills and excellent computer skills
· The employee must have the ability to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously
· A Bachelor's degree in business is highly preferred, but a bachelors degree in any line of business meets qualifications
· Candidates without a bachelor’s degree will be considered with the right qualifications
· Previous customer service experience is highly preferred, no business or financial experience is required, you will be trained in everything you need to know

Pay: $15/hr
Hours: Must be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm
*must be able to pass background, drug test and soft credit check*
