Compensation Manager/Analyst - Compensation Financial Analyst|
As a member of the North American HR Total Rewards Team, the Compensation/Financial Consultant/Professional will support primarily projects in Compensation and HR Separations such as: annual variable compensation accruals and calculations, restructuring calculations, tracking and reporting on these programs as needed. The role will interface primarily with the North America Region (NAR) Financial Controllers, Group C&E, Reporting and the Total Rewards team in US and India. The position is based out of our New York City office.
The Compensation/financial Consultant will be responsible for the higher level analytics, administration, delivery, reporting and project management of various compensation programs and processes across the NAR (US and Canada) , working closely with the regional financial controllers, HRBPs across the Business Units (BUs) and Global Business Lines (GBLs), Business Ops leads and HR Shared Services, to ensure affective and accurate implementation of the compensation programs.
