Executive Assistant to the Co-President of Film & SVP of Film

We are seeking an ambitious and hardworking Executive Assistant to support the Co-President of Film, and the Senior Vice President of Film. This is a demanding position at a fast-paced film and television studio.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Anticipate the business needs of Co-President, Film and SVP, Film, relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish tasks
-Provide executive level administrative support for Co-President, Film and SVP, Film
-Manage the calendars, phone sheets, and expenses of Co-President, Film and SVP, Film
-Keep Co-President, Film and SVP, Film organized and on-schedule with meetings
-Manage incoming and outgoing calls
-Book and coordinate travel as needed
-Track script and material submissions, and maintain internal documentation
-Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners
-Serve as the administrative liaison with internal team members and industry partners
-Develop a rapport and sustain a level of professionalism among all staff and partners
-Fulfill ad hoc requests including but not limited to note taking, research, and editing documents

Qualifications & Requirements
-1-3 years Executive Assistant experience managing heavy phones and scheduling
-Must be detail oriented, with an ability to multi-task
-Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment
-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
-Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
-Possess a genuine interest in film-making and studio operations
-1-2 years of relevant agency, studio, or production company experience a plus
