Assistant Director, Ticket Operations
The Athletics Department has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Assistant Director, Ticket Operations to work in Coral Gables, FL.

The Assistant Director, Ticket Operations is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the ticket office ensuring that financial reconciliations, ticket software maintenance, and event management are completed consistently and efficiently.

* Manage all facets of ticket operations for Womenís Basketball which includes season and event setup, printing and distribution of tickets, event management, and travel as necessary
* Responsible for football home game complimentary ticket admissions requiring a pass list
* Assist in event management for select Menís Basketball and Baseball home games as assigned
* Complete end of event audits for the four ticketed sports
* Reconcile all daily distribution of payments that will be settled with the Business Office
* Train, schedule, and manage all student employees within ticket operations
* Finalize all complimentary forms and distribute the necessary tickets and/or parking passes
* Ensure all pricing and payments are up to date for each patron
* Verify all online sales and applications are operating effectively and efficiently
* Report and adjust payments for necessary distribution of funds
* Coordinate the printing and distribution of all single game ticket orders
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Bachelorís degree
* One year of Ticket Operations experience, preferably with the Paciolan ticketing system
