Audience Segmentation Strategist
We are searching for top talent to join our Prospect Analytics and Research team! As an Audience Segmentation Strategist, you will have the opportunity to take your technical expertise and help influence strategic decision making. The Audience Segmentation Strategist applies future and past analysis to optimize outreach and results. This position guides the learning process and audience interest areas to strengthen marketing efforts. The Strategist implements a marketing strategy through campaign outcomes and is responsible for target list submissions and approvals.

The Audience Segmentation Strategist collaborates with stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives. This position relies on post-project analysis to course-correct for the next target and provide results along with data-informed recommendations. The Strategist is responsible for audience development, segmentation, valuation, integration, and measurement. This position will uncover audience insights to provide opportunities for engagement.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
◾ Develop and monitor audience movement using biographical and behavioral data, various ratings, and personas.
◾ Meet with stakeholders to development strategies advancing optimal objectives of each outreach. This includes campaign strategy, audience criteria, A/B testing and the potential for direct feedback using an audience focused approach.
◾ Challenge organizational presumptions on how to maximize outreach strategies.
◾ Manage audience criteria requests to IT, verify data accuracy and share final list with stakeholders for deployment.
◾ Monitor the results of targeting efforts, share research and industry trends on audience enrichment
◾ Meet with stakeholders to share evaluation of campaign results.
◾ Lead the collection and application of interest areas to deliver personalized engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements
◾ Bachelorís degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, or equivalent work experience
◾ Minimum two yearsí marketing experience working with customer accounts and/or analytics
◾ Ability to work within a team, self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
◾ Strong project management and client relationship skills
◾ Demonstrated skills working with teams to assess challenges, develop solutions, make recommendations, and provide results of implemented changes
◾ Experience managing and improving workflows across multiple stakeholders
◾ A valid motor vehicle operatorís license and acceptable driving record

Desired Skills & Experience:
◾ Knowledge of the customer experience journey
◾ Experience in Salesforce products and/or marketing automation systems
◾ Ability to communicate outcomes of analytics to help define next steps to solve business needs
◾ Experience in higher education or non-profit environment
