We are searching for top talent to join our IT team! The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with business partners to develop solutions. The Analyst administers the customer relationship management (CRM) system, finds opportunities for process improvement, and uses technology to improve efficiency and data quality. This position documents business processes and provides user training.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
◾ Collaborate with business partners and project teams to gather requirements, translate requirements into technical design, and implement solutions in the CRM platform.
◾ Define and implement workflows and new functionality based on business requirements.
◾ Perform administrative functions in Salesforce, Salesforce products, and other applications assigned.
◾ Assist in the evaluation and selection of business systems.
◾ Maintain security of assigned systems, and support information protection initiatives.
◾ Document business requirements, processes, and solutions to keep end users, stakeholders, and IT aligned with solutions.
◾ Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and recommend solutions.
◾ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 5 years’ experience in information technology
◾ Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in CRM management and application development
◾ Experience with administration of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
◾ Experience with workflow design
◾ Experience in application integration and one of the major commercial database management system (SQL Server, Oracle)
◾ Ability to communicate optimally with others and translate needs into pragmatic solutions
◾ A valid motor vehicle operator’s license and acceptable driving record
Desired Skills & Experience:
◾ Working knowledge utilizing agile methodology
◾ Experience with web development
◾ Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
◾ Ability to follow through on projects and meet timelines
◾ Passion and enthusiasm for the University and mission of the Foundation
