Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience required.
CompTia A+ certifications preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of maintaining PCs, Macs, desktops, and laptops.
Primary Duties/Essential Functions
Work with the team to continually improve and provide ownership of the teamís products
Support APUís HP and Apple computer fleet and other personally owned devices, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, imaging, repair, and inventory
Support APUís HP printer fleet including basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Setup, configure, and maintain both PC and Macintosh desktop and laptop computers based on customer request
Teach student technicians in proper repair and troubleshooting techniques
Mentor student employees in a wide range of IT support topics
Create and maintain support procedures and documentation
Promptly respond to and resolve customer problems related to the operation of all application software and operating system
Actively respond to and communicate with customers in a timely manner in regards to the status of their support
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customer property and data
Attend and participate in IMT forums and meetings
Stay current on emerging trends in computer hardware and software
Perform other duties as assigned

To enable IMT services to operate normally at all times, this person is required to be available by telephone for management, consultation, and liaison with support, development and technical staff after normal working hours and on weekends. This may require considerable onsite

Grade 10: $25.94-$33.72/hourly
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
