Title: Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine Appointment Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine Date: November 1, 2021 Full-time faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the clinical educator track in the Division of Nephrology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Individuals must be board certified/board eligible in the subspecialty of nephrology and have recognized expertise in clinical care, teaching, and research. Duties to include care of private patients in the outpatient clinic setting, with some service in the continuity clinics at Jackson Memorial Hospital possible. Also includes coverage of inpatient consult coverage in multiple hospital venues, weekend on-call services, and dialysis unit attending. He/she will participate in the educational and training activities of the nephrology and medicine programs, providing teaching of fellows, residents, and medical student at conferences, in clinic, and inpatient and dialysis units as necessary.
