Position Summary: The Sr. Manager, B2C Marketing is responsible for the creating, planning, supervision and administration of marketing strategies for AT&T Carrier team, at a National level. This role will manage and develop marketing and sales activities, with focus on ATL and BTL communication tactics, both traditional and digital and e-com at a National level (specially GTM). This role will develop all branding efforts and determine the appropriate marketing channels, and it is also responsible for establishing measurable objectives, and tracking and reporting KPIs.
This leader has to be passionate not just about consumers and Samsung, but also about marketing and communications, and he/she often times will need to take over a business challenge with a "Project Management" approach.
Role and Responsibilities
The Sr. Manager will work in close partnership with our carriers' teams to manage and develop marketing and sales activities based on measurable objectives.
This role will also manage all B2C First Net and military marketing programs, and it is responsible for the marketing support for all National promotions and programs
This role will influence on teams with focus on policy and strategy implementation and control and development; short-term operational/tactical responsibilities.
Accountable for providing sufficient information for higher autonomy to make recommendations on budget and policies and for medium-term planning, this position also plays a vital role on GTM discussions
To be successful, this role has to proactively collaborate not only with multiple partner teams but also with SEA Insights, Product Marketing, Demand Gen and Sales (both SEA and account team).
Develops strategies/promotion for flagship GTM
Manages marketing programs to support product introductions and business development to drive sales.
Manages product marketing, promotion, and advertising programs and materials for specific customer market channels.
Key in the generation of TV Campaigns which will require negotiation with ATT and internal stakeholders
Manages and tracks performance KPIs
Manages marketing support for e-commerce initiatives
Work with Sales, Product Management and Carriers to ensure Samsung revenue and profit goals are achieved.
Negotiates, manages and executes marketing support for National promotions
Manages the planning for Marketing annual budget ( from approval to performance tracking)
Develops and coordinate marketing support for launch of new products and devices
Develops and manages more junior level Marketing staff
Bachelor's Degree with a 12+ years of directly related experience is required.
Prior experience in B2C marketing, communication and project management required.
Prior experience in digital and social marketing required
Prior experience in a telecommunications environment preferred.
Ability to identify marketing and sales channels within wireless product technologies.
Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present technical product and development materials.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office and extensive use of Window. Excellent dominion of PowerPoint and Excel required
