Federal Salesforce Growth Consultant
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The consultant reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems, business requirements and user needs. This person is able to independently formulate and implement more complex systems and solutions that parallel overall business strategies. The Consultant is responsible for preparing business process documentation, process flow analysis, technology-enabled process improvements/redesign, requirements definition, data modeling, and detailed functional design. He/she is also expected to be hands on with the configuration of the application along with testing and training.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $105,000.00 to $208,000.00 based on a full time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 1 year of Salesforce implementation experience

  • Software system implementation with customer support experience

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM technology Certifications

  • Working Knowledge & Application of Agile and iterative development methodologies

  • Ability to facilitate complex discussions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working with external clients

  • Understanding of current technologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to client needs

  • Highly detail oriented, well organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Self-starter

  • Articulate and confident in communication skills

  • Call center experience

  • Salesforce Certified ServiceCloud Consultant

  • Web Design/Portal or Salesforce Community understanding and application

  • Working within the Federal Government

  • Certifications to include Salesforce Certified Administrator

  • Federal Clearances or ability to be cleared

  • Ability to articulate, define and execute creative strategies

  • Ability to establish rapport at multiple levels of decision makers

  • Skilled in negotiation and problem solving

  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and mobile technology

  • U.S. Citizenship Required

  • Clearance note: Clearable, but does not require one at the start of engagement
